One-time or Deep Cleaning is much more time-consuming than Regular Cleaning because, as you know, the dirt is older, stickier, heavier, and located in areas not often cleaned. In fact, we’ll itemize the scope of work as well as the cost of each Deep Clean need that we find in your home. Deep Clean tasks could include any of the following:
- All Spaces: Remove cobwebs, clean and wipe ceiling fans and air vents (reachable with a 3-step ladder), furniture and shelves, window sills and glass, mirrors, baseboard, exterior appliances, exterior cabinets and drawers, mop hard floors, and vacuum carpeted surfaces, and empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Kitchen: All spaces and tasks, including loading the dishwasher; cleaned and wiped tables, countertops, inside and outside of the microwave, oven, backsplash, sink and faucets, hood, range, and stove top; and polished all stainless steel surfaces.
- Bathrooms: All spaces, tasks, cleaned and scrubbed, including the toilet, shower, tub, soap holder, shower walls, shower glass door, sinks, and neatly folded towels.
- Bedrooms: All spaces are tidy, tasks are completed, and the bed is made, with linens changed (if provided).
- Patio/Balcony: Cleaned and swept the patio area, dusted and de-webbed around the door, and cleaned the door glass and wooden door.
Once your home receives a Deep Clean, to the extent you deem necessary, we’ll be able to then use Maintenance Cleans to stay on top of week to week soil build-ups that your home naturally accumulates even build-ups of hard water and mold in showers and tubs, sticky dust on moist bathroom surfaces and greasy films commonly found on kitchen surfaces.
